The App's decisions (OK, Be Careful, Don't Eat) are generated by artificial intelligence and should not be considered medical or nutritional advice. Always consult a healthcare professional for dietary decisions related to allergies, intolerances, or medical conditions. You must be at least 16 years old to use the App.
Foodly AI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. While we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee that all ingredient analyses or health assessments are complete or error-free. Product formulations may change, and our database may not reflect the most current information. You use the App at your own risk.
EVRG sp. z o.o. shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use the App. This includes, but is not limited to, damages related to food choices made based on the App's recommendations.
Foodly AI offers a freemium model with optional paid subscriptions (Foodly Pro). Subscriptions are managed through the App Store (Apple) or Google Play (Google) and are subject to their respective terms. Refund requests should be directed to the platform where the purchase was made. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your device settings.
